“As someone still involved in business in the UK, but trying to spend more time here in Spain, one of my main challenges arising from living in a rural setting, has been lack of internet and e mail access. I am writing to you to let you know how much we are enjoying the internet. Since you installed it for us, it has opened up a whole new world, far better than what we were used to in the UK because it has advanced so much, Ray even reads the newspapers online now instead of buying them. Having the webcam as well is even better because being a Skype user we are able to talk to other Skype users free and we can also see them if they have a webcam. Our relatives in the UK now have Skype and it brings us closer together, especially when you have children and grand children in the UK. We cannot thank you enough, your service is second to none, and you have been there if we have any queries about anything, nothing is too much trouble. We have been using RednetWifi for over 6 months now and must say we have been very happy with all aspects of the service, Darren and Ron have been very helpful with the setup and installation and Darren has been a mind of information and help when we’ve got ourselves into problems

I would just like to say, that Darren & Ron from RednetWifi gave me First Class Service, I would recommend them to all of my friends here in Calasparra. They were quick to install, no mess (they cleaned up after them) any questions were answered there and then. They made sure that everything was up and running, and talk you through everything. I would like to say a big thank-you to the RednetWifi team for the excellent service in installing my Internet service. Despite the initial hiccups with signal you did a first class job of my installation even though there were some problems with my computer (which you resolved for me). Since installation the system has been up & running whenever I have needed to use it and it is such a delight to not have to journey to the Internet cafe anymore or to be frustrated because I wanted to send an email and the Internet cafe was closed. After waiting for over a year for other phone companies to start doing anything about laying telephone cable to Tierra de Sol Darren & Ron with their RednetWifi system were a breath of fresh air. They are a couple of very friendly capable lads who really know what they are doing. In fact they can't do enough for you. The system was fitted and up and running in no time. We decided to go for the WIFI phone which works very well. We use the internet a lot and can thoroughly recommend the RednetWifi system and Darren & Ron.

During the early part of my arrival @ Calasparra, Darren was a great help to me with my PC issues I used to visit his shop on a regular basis for advice. I was so pleased when I heard that he had gone in to business with a friend to start an internet providing service, I immediately asked him to let me know when he was able to get the Wi-Fi system for our urbanization because a lot of the residents would be interested and Darren kept to his word and before long we were once in-touch with the outside world. Having waited now for some 15 month’s for a phone land line connection we decided to go with RednetWifi after seeing their advert in Nexo newspaper. This would give us the Internet and land line connection and are glad we did. It was installed four weeks ago by Ron and Darren, who were very efficient, nothing was too much trouble. They even give you one week free trial before any payment was made. We as complete novices soon learned how to use Skype and went with the extra package for free landline use in Europe and the UK. It's excellent!

I have for two years now been using dial up internet supplied by Telefonica. Slow isn't the word to use it was diabolical. I had been in touch with Telefonica about getting a proper landline (radio phone at present) and was told that I had to wait for building to be finished on the urb. This has been going on for over 8 months now and no further forward. In desperation and frustration I turned to REDNETwifi to provide a solution. I phoned up on 8th Jan 09 and by 13th had the system installed. Took about 2 hours. No mess and helpful to the nth degree. They even installed the web cam I bought for my laptop at no extra charge. The speed of the internet has made me a very happy bunny. Nothing was too much trouble and I shall certainly be recommending the firm to anyone who wishes to have high speed broadband at a reasonable cost.

After 15 months of dial-up with Telefonica [and taking all day to book a flight!]We decided that Broadband was a must. I E mailed Darren, primarily because I was so impressed with the installation costs, but he was away for a week. However, the next day Ron rang me and assured me that as soon as Darren returned they would call, and sure enough they did call at the end of the week. Although it was pouring with rain they checked the signal, designed an extremely neat bracket for the dish and asked me to contact them once the bracket was made. I found them knowledgeable, polite and very informative.3 days later the bracket and dish were fitted and I was connected to Broadband on a 7 day free trial, without any kind of deposit.[Can't be fairer than that]I was very impressed with the speed and decided to continue the service. So one week later they came to secure all the wiring, set up Skype for me including an Unlimited Europe package and patiently answered all my queries. All the paper work was in order including the direct debit forms for the bank, so everything was signed and sealed at the same time. A week later I had a slight problem with Skype and sent a message to Darren asking for advice; he responded immediately and called the next day to sort it out for me. I cannot fault their service; they respond immediately to any problem and never fail to come at the appointed time. I have not discovered any cheaper installation or monthly costs and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to thank Darren and Ron for all the help they have given us since we joined their network. They were very efficient from the start and are very quick to help and answer any questions we have had with no problem. Before we used to go to town for the internet but having it in your own home is great. It keeps us in touch with family and friends.

I just thought I’d pen a quick note to say how satisfied I am as a RednetWifi customer.I should say I’ve worked in the IT industry since the 1980’s and was an early user of the Internet back in 1989. Things have changed a lot over the years and I’ve seen it all, so I really appreciate how well you do your job.When I bought my country house in Cehegin nearly six years ago, I had endless nightmares getting connected. Smoking like a Beagle in the towns only excuse for an internet cafe, intensely overcharged for a meagre ISDN Vodafone connection, and enduring a three year wait for a Telefonica radio phone, which turned out to be as much use as a couple of tin cans and a piece of string!!!All of a sudden though there was REDNETwifi. Not only could I connect at true broadband speed but the people who ran it spoke English. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of these Brits who refuse to learn Spanish, far from it, but if you are having a surgical operation or asking for technical support from an Internet service provider you better hope the person you speak to speaks English!On the rare occasions I’ve had to contact you about anything technical the response time for the initial call has always been swift – if not instant. Fixes are always within minutes and you don’t seem to know the meaning of out of hours. That’s how I used to run my web design company in the UK and it is a great pleasure to deal with a company in Spain that has the same British work ethic. RednetWifi– I salute you!Best regards,

I find your after-care service second to none and I really did need your help as I am not very good with computers, I don't think I would have been able to do the technical options you delt with for me.
